"I owned a Cajun restaurant myself in El Paso, Texas and plan to open food trucks here in Houston..I’m from Alexandria, Louisiana and I’ve checked out several Cajun spots to see if other locations know what they are doing when they slap the word “Cajun” in their food description. I tried the blackened catfish shrimp etouffee bc I am a pescatarian..and I must say it was delicious. The fried pickles were also great. Both were so good, I ordered again today but takeout this time The crawfish was not Cajun style but were spicy, make my lips burn spicy. The staff was amazing. From experience for this place to continue growing, clean tables after ever quest should be mandatory, it’s the first thing we look at when we walk in. Far as all the games and activities, it gives it a great vibe. Kids friendly. Pick up the advertising. I only heard about this place by word of mouth and they were recommending no one waste their time. I should see ads on Instagram, fb..videos of the food works better than pictures. With the young staff and it not being currently swamped with ppl Mayb they could drop a post or two on social media. Looking forward to seeing the continued growth.
