"Second time here.1st visit .. I was alone the burger and beer was delicious and hot!2nd visit.Myself and my two son. We put in our order, waitress goes to another table that sat while she got our drinks to get their order. She puts in both table order after another. That's called harvesting in the industry. This is not right as it strains the kitchen with a burst of orders instead of a couple minutes in between table orders.15 minutes passBell rings when my order comes up can see it on the pass) hell yeah I thought! Well the waitress ignores it and cleans a table and then gets another drink order And puts that in.Bell rings again she walks right by and closes out her other tables. And chats it up at the bar with no concern about the food dying in the window.Bell rings again she proceeded to take the other tables food first then ours.Ok fine food looks great! But it's cold as ice.Cheese had already re congealed and the nice toasted bread was cold as well. Fries where cold and mushy.I tell the waitress, un bothered she says... oh the kitchen didn't have it all ready, but oh well I'll get you another loaded fries and Philly cheese. At this point I said... forget it. Because my boys already ate and I didn't feel like waiting 20+ more minutes. No manager hit the table, no apology.Didn't even care...I could see the FOH team talking about it, but no table touch. She picks up my card and has a cook bring my check back.Wow, first time I've ever experienced this.I've been an executive chef for 10 years and I would be upset if my team did this to a client.I paid my $39 dollar bill and left. The cooks do a great job.But your only as good as your weakest link. This FOH team and managers need proper training, it seemed like they were more worried about conversating that running a restaurant."
