"Beer garden weather! Live outside! Where can we live this South German basic requirement in Freiburg in a stylistic manner? Within city boundaries is difficult. Festling has a beautiful garden in the pedestrian zone, but no spicy beer. The chestnut garden at Schlossberg is sensational but culinaryly friendly expressed minimalist. The deer garden in Lehen would be perfect, but too expensive. In addition, the penguin-loaded controls do not allow mood. Actually, it was in Green City. For more information, a ubier is always grateful. A view over the edge of the plate: Also at StraBa distance directly at the end stop in Günterstal, the Kybfelsen, named after a striking rocky nose at the foot of the Schauinsland, claims. The only contractor of the Festling brewery has not been a serious beer garden for decades. After a change of the Pawn, the Ganter Brewery has also picked up their flags. So at least a selection of products (you take the little evil... . This means that the traditional restaurant, which has long been trying to get up top cuisine, rises into the giants of the important beer gardens. In addition to the small two-storey farmhouse, a beautifully decorated outdoor terrace with a classic wooden stall extends on two levels under angry chestnuts. During the day beautifully shaded, in the evening mildly stimulates a place to beat roots. After having arranged with a beer type (my tip is the bright wheat, for the grape fraction there is a really drinkable nobling champagne that falls out on the clear menu. This is appealing, beer classics such as carving or sausage salad with beef are usefully supplemented by salad with goat cheese, various flame cakes, a calf Cordon Bleu or a cattle steak. In addition, a changing seasonal map and a daily court after oral announcement this year Zander in something. For everyone at the table of the Kubiers, what's going on, it can go! In the meantime, the garden fills, there are different reservations, the service is facing and ready to beat. Despite its own space, the parking situation is quickly precarious, and finally the rail line 2 must also pass through here. The additional salad comes fast and looks a bit taken, obviously designed for the expected rush in advance. The main course moves, the expectation rises. Unfortunately, the kitchen has no good day at least today. The calf is fatal, the goat's cheese is boring, and even after a complaint, the pommes remain muddy and greasy. The Alsace Sausage Salad alone was delicious, but the funerals are also better elsewhere. Even after Schöntrinken had not helped, we didn't like dessert anymore. Schade, the location would be perfect for Freiburg's beer garden #1..."

"my friend and I went there because the prices were cheap. the restaurant is located in the old town of freiburgs and offers a good-bourgeois bathroom and partly also Mediterranean cuisine. on the map I have to say that I find it a little overloaded (daily map, weekly map, seasonal map I find personally very good, bad fresh kitchen, salad, suppening, the special map, meat dishes, fish map and and and and and) and would rather be a little less in selection. When we arrived there, it was creepy, we had almost no place and were only two! we asked a woman who comes from Freiburg whether this is always so full and she said that it is quite full in the rule. so no calm atmosphere. we sat in the beer garden and there it actually went from the lukewarm and the wousel. next to the beer garden is a cinema, so in the same building as the beer garden, so that it smells from time to time after a flap of popcorn. the restaurant itself is original German from the plant. on this day new waiters were learned and unfortunately there was much less. they noticed that they were quite stressed, and we have also shown understanding as it was the first day for this waiter and it went out immediately (there were really many guests there). now, we were partly forgotten, so we got the card for further demand, the drinks came a little later and we had to wait for it to eat. Nevertheless, we often have an apology and got 2 salate free as compensation, as all others hos too. the salads tasted good, the dressing was in order. we ordered homemade cheese cookies from the fresh bath and once bad ochsenbrust with Merrettich sauce, red beetroot, dessous and petersilienkartoffeln. So, okay, if the late zle was homemade, I'm honestly insecure, I don't think anymore because I do some of them myself. they were too tidy in their shape and taste they did not taste homemade, either they were from the bottom of the shape and because of the taste not homemade or the chef makes the late zle out of the shape really very neat. I have to confess that I think more that there were better pocket speakers, but I can also be mistaken (there is better homemade latex anyway). I'd like to have a couple of whips on it. the ochsenbrust with the supplements was in order after the thought of my friend and it tasted very good. they also saw that the meat was good and delicate the rooms and the tables, as well as the sanitary facilities were clean. again briefly summarized: location in the old town, prices are reasonable, environment is typical original German, it is sometimes quite full, very large map it is also offered seasonal dishes! , eat is in order, but could be a little better (the i tüpfelchen) and is however in consideration of the great devastating (must be part really stressful for the staff), finally the service was friendly despite the stress and we got a decompensation for the long wait"

"Tizio italian for “Type” was inseparable for me with the species Angelo Pellegrini, the founder of this Trattoria and Freiburg’s “Trüffel Professore”. Since its beginnings in the Freiburger Markthalle in 1986 he has always tried to bring Italian cuisine to the well-being bathers, he has successfully carried out several restaurants, a fine food shop and truffle seminars. Even though I found out about this post in my research, the Tizio is now operated by another type. Christoph Glück is currently chairman of DeHoGa in Green City, owner of several well-known gastro companies and city council. So Italian way of life at most on the second educational path... The Trattoria presents itself externally unchanged, large counter with flashing coffee machine, bistrotics and chairs and on the front wall a discretely illuminated overboard wine rack. The reserved table waits, the cards come fast, like the aperitifs. In the past there were two seasonal menus and a classic menu according to Primi and Secondi. No more menus. The season ticket offers random food, the caprese is located in the middle of the pasta dishes. The secondi can be found together, even here no weighting can be seen. For this, prices are more moderate than before, only the truffle bowls protrude (spaghetti with white Alba truffles 59€. After extensive search our search fell on Antipasto misto, Carpaccio di Manzo, homemade noodles with rabbit ragout, Insalata con Pesce and stone mushroom ravioli with sage butter. The use of head shakes in the very friendly service Stein Pilzravioli are already out. Maybe I want to fill Ravioli with Spinat Ricotta? Another alternative if you look away from using goods. The wine map reflects the already mentioned shelf: all known Italian grape varieties and cuvées are present, but there is no line and the emphasis that Kubiers expect from an upscale restaurant. The selected arsenic were accordingly asymmetrical. The appetizers come quickly, so Mis en Place works in the kitchen. The quality is pellegrin perfect as the Tizio still looks. The Primi also come in a reasonable time and are excellent. The Italian salad is always something for itself, but the excellent olive oil tears it out. With Spinatravioli I could finally be friends, but of course it would have been better. Conclusion: Beautiful location in transition, kitchen and service excellent, the management is still working on the Tizio format."
