"We were already the Öfteren in the Meyers-Keller and thus full of anticipation, but all the more surprised by the sometimes bad service. Some examples: • Although it was clear that we wanted to celebrate a birthday, it was not congratulated. • My son was poured over the neck when he served the aperitif. This could happen, but instead of shying the power of duty, one should have given him the opportunity to apologize. I expected a free drink for my son. • It was not clear who is responsible for us, often orders were received by different people (sometimes double). • The ordered Wiener-Schnitzel was almost unusable. It tasted extremely like butter, something went wrong in preparation. After we complained, we were offered to pack it and take it home. • Heathlamm from the spicy mare was cold, a wine recommendation was not offered at all. • The service personnel did not know who ordered something. This should actually be standard in the upscale gastronomy. The Schnitzel was served with the question: “Who gets Zander”, then served from the right and laid the board on the table. • After the main courses were served, we had no drinks yet, they were only asked three times. The first were ready for dinner. • We were not accepted and came on the way home a lot of consternation. Facit: beautiful location, but bad service"
