"Walked in, place was crazy hot inside. Was told we had to wait while there were people just standing around tables talking, probably regulars and that’s cool, I guess the owner must be making some really good money if they’re willing to let people just hang out when there are other paying customers waiting. Anyway, I’ve worked in the restaurant industry, this place can’t be making any money and to be in a town of 1,700 people, fast turnover is key. If they need a lesson on customer service, Inside Scoop is right down the road."
