"Absolutely terrible service! Last night, we placed a large order, but one of the pizzas from Papa Murphy's was incorrect. I called tonight, Saturday, August 6th, to see if I could return the wrong pizza for the correct one. The employee I spoke to just kept saying she wasn't a manager and that they were closed. I explained multiple times that I didn't need a replacement tonight and that I was willing to wait until I was back in the city. The worker was very rude, stating that all she could do was take a note and make no promises. I asked her to hear me out, but I warned her that I would share my experience about their customer service. She replied defiantly and quickly hung up on me. I was very polite during our conversation, and she insisted that the pizza was made correctly, even though we hadn’t ordered a Chicago-style pizza. I will never use this business again!"
