"Our first time here was about a month ago and it was great. We happened to go in on a Monday night and found out that kids meals are half off on Monday night. Cool! We all had pizza and it was good! Fast forward a month, we have guests visiting us and we took them here last night, another Monday night. It was a very different experience. Our server was named Olivia and she seemed new because every question we asked, she needed to go ask someone else what the answer was. That 's fine, I get it and it wasn 't a problem! But we had to ask for silverware 3 times, menus, kids menus, crayons, etc, all individually. We were told that the menu is via QR code but were offered paper versions because our guests were older and preferred the paper format. Also, we wanted the paper kids ' menus so they could do the puzzles coloring while we waited. We were also told tonight that kids meals are no longer half off on Monday nights, btw. Whatever, bummer, specials change apparently. Fast forward, our guests received the wrong pizza and had to wait a while to have theirs remade which upset them. The final insult was when the bill came, we got overcharged on both kids ' pizzas and our guests ' pizza. We 'd been expecting to pay $5 for each kid meal, then when the special was off, we expected $10 per meal as written on the menu, but we were billed $11 per meal. I brought this to Olivia 's attention and she told me no, $11 is correct. I showed her the paper menu stating $10 not that $2 is a big deal to us, but I really didn 't appreciate being argued with when I was correct. (See my attached photo of one of my kids ' menus She said the online menu says $11 and they don 't usually give out the paper menus. It 's a kid menu with puzzles though why wouldn 't you give this out?? I told her the paper menu should have the same prices as the online one and she agreed and said she 'd send an email to somebody about it. After receiving the wrong pizza, our guests (who were frankly expecting a discount for having the wrong item brought and having to wait were overcharged $2 to add spinach to their pizza, when it was supposed to be included per both menus (and we double checked this with Olivia when we were ordering it. I also brought this overcharge to Olivia 's attention and she said it looks weird on the bill, but it adds up correctly. If that was true, the pizza would cost $19.25, which we all knew was not the case. See attached photo for the item on the menu the red arrow points to what they ordered (vegan sausage and spinach pizza , which is $17.25. Overall, we had a really negative experience here. Olivia 's response was very much no, you 're wrong. But we weren 't wrong, going by the menus we were given. She was misinformed or the menus don 't all agree, either way, we should have been charged by what we were looking at! Olivia finally agreed that we were overcharged for the kids ' meals but said she 'd have to go upstairs to have them override it or something."

"We went here for dinner on a Thursday evening. The restaurant wasn't busy. When they sat us we were placed in an area all by ourselves. It seemed as though they were doing it on purpose as a cautious approach to covid even though restrictions had recently been lifted. The staff was wearing masks. This was a thoughtful touch, even though we didn't feel the need, it showed their willingness to go the extra mile to take care of their customers. The staff was efficient and friendly. The parking lot and restaurant was clean, though there was a musty smell in the entry way.The service wasn't super fast likely because of the physical space between customers, but it was sufficient. The complimentary chips and salsa were good but the waitress let us run out of Salas before the meal came. The menu said we had a choice of which kind of beans we got, but the waitress didn't ask and we just got refried beans with our order. We both would have rather had the black beans. The food was good. We ordered the chili Verde and chili Colorado burrito combos. The Colorado was very flavorful and good the Verde was good bit didn't have the distinct green chili flavor I love, but was good also. The burritos were meat and sauce in the burrito only and the beans and rice were on the side like they should be.Everything came out hot.The rice and beans were good also. The burritos weren't as big around as some of the places that we have been to, but we were full once we finished our plates.Overall, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place. They did a good job and were less expensive than the last place we ate Mexican food at by about $10."
