"Delicious authentic Italian pizza! The place had a very nice chill atmosphere, and the guy who help us was very nice. The The tiramisu was amazing too. This place is very close to Astoria Park you can have a pizza romantic date and go on a nice walk to the park ? ? The two of us ordered a whole pie and we took what was left and we eat them the next day and it was still delicious."

"I have officially added this restaurant to my list of must-visit spots in NYC. I always walked by and wanted to try it out, and I'm so glad I finally did! The hostess was very kind and managed to fit us in even though we didn't have a reservation, which we really appreciated. Every dish we tried, from the scallion pancakes to the soup dumplings and DanDan noodles, was delicious. I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices as well. My favorite dish was the ginger duck, which I will definitely be ordering again in the future. If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by. I can't wait to return, as this will be my new go-to spot. The food and service were both amazing, bravo!"

"I recently dined at Pantry, located in Long Island City, and I must say that my experience was far from satisfactory. The restaurant's exterior and display seemed enticing, so my friend and I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, we were met with overpriced, oily food that did not meet our expectations.To begin with, the menu did not display any prices. In hindsight, we should have asked for the prices, but we didn't anticipate the cost to be as exorbitant as it turned out to be. My wrap and my friend's burrito were both far more expensive than we could have imagined for such subpar quality.Speaking of quality, the dishes were a major letdown. What we received bore no resemblance to the appetizing food we had imagined. Both the wrap and the burrito appeared almost identical warm, soggy, and dripping with oil. The flavors were muddled, and it was difficult to discern the individual ingredients in the dishes.Not only was the food disappointing, but it also left us feeling rather ill due to the excessive oil. It's a shame that a restaurant with such potential failed to deliver on the most crucial aspect: the food. Given our experience, I cannot recommend Pantry in Long Island City to anyone looking for a satisfying lunch."

"Great Japanese restaurant with delicious food and friendly service. There?s a ton of dog-friendly outdoor seating available; there?s plenty of indoor seating as well and a bar with two TVs. I came at 8pm on a Friday night and it was pretty lively andcrowded. There were tables available inside but it was such a nice night and I had a dog so we got on the waitlist to be seatedoutside which took about 20 minutes. It would have been sooner but I think the hostess forgot about us and, after seeing thatthere were tables available, I went inside to tell her and we were seated right away. A bit annoying considering I left my phonenumber to be notified when a table opened up (kinda defeats the purpose of a waitlist) but in the end it all worked out. Weordered a couple Asahi and Sapporo beers, beef Udon, Crazy Tuna special roll, and pork Gyoza. All were very good and the servicewas very prompt. I?ll definitely be coming back here again. Next time, I?ll just have to make sure to be more on top of thehostess as far as getting a table if there?s a wait."

"I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sapps, a small and trendy Japanese restaurant, and I cannot rave enough about the experience! From the moment we walked in, the lively atmosphere made us feel welcome and set the stage for a fantastic meal.We started by sharing a few appetizers, which were all equally amazing. The takoyaki was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, bursting with flavor. The Kara-age was equally impressive, with its juicy, well-seasoned chicken and a delightful crunch. The pork gyoza had an ideal balance of crispy edges and soft dumpling texture, while the tempura appetizer showcased an array of vegetables and shrimp in a light, airy batter that simply melted in our mouths.Moving on to the sushi, we indulged in a couple of specialty rolls – the Naruto and an eel roll. The Naruto roll was a delightful combination of fresh ingredients and creative presentation, while the eel roll was rich and satisfying, boasting perfectly grilled eel and a sweet, savory sauce.Every single dish we tried was absolutely delicious, and the price point was surprisingly reasonable for such high-quality fare. "What can I say about this restaurant that makes it fair? At first this is very likely the most authentic Mexican place in NY and if you want to taste the real local cuisine, this is a must. Secondly, the menu and an extraordinary selection of classic main dishes that you could find in every Mexican home and that is just magic, because this is an extraordinary piece of my beloved country. And thirdly, the staff is absolutely friendly and warm, open to give you a advice about food or help with an additional order. I venerate food, place and experience. Please come to Casa Enrique and enjoy the authentic Mexican food! Finally, I have only one proposal for the cook to make this place 110% real... in Mexico we need white bread (like cut Bolillos) on the table with our breakfast as a must-have side. You see it when you visit a restaurant over there, give you a bread basket and maybe some butter. Please note that you add this table center at least for the eggs with mol."

"Nice little restaurant (Nas owns it) reminds me of a dinner from 1960s. Cute. We got the chicken with waffles and added Mac and cheese on the side. Order Wallace drinks. Drinks are strong. They have pick up and take out service. Happy hour after 4 till 6. Serving staff friendly. We went around 2:30 pm afternoon on a Thursday not crowded.Parking: It's a hit or miss Street parking very busy in this area. I used paid parking lot several blocks away."

It is a cute local joint with a pizza oven at the corner of their dining room next to the bar.We had the Burrata Prosciutto for starter which was not bad. While hubby ordered Arugula Pizza, I opted for Squid Ink Tagliolini (Taglioni Al Nero DI Seppia) as my main course. The food was just so-so to be honest. The sauce on the pizza was too watery, and my pasta was over cooked(way too soft). A little disappointed on our meal, but service was good."

"Rosa's has been purveying pizza since 1975, so the menu tells me. The guy helping us was friendly, and we settled on four different slices for $16.50, including two plain slices. There were a lot of options to choose from! The slices were steaming hot and generously sized. I tried a plain slice and a lasagna slice. The lasagna was messy due to the heavy toppings so I had to resort to using a knife and fork. But hey, no skimping! Yum. The plain cheese slice was also extremely cheesy though lighter with the sauce and featured a thin crust. Diners appeared to be a mix of solo folks, friends, and families. Good spot!"

"Amazing Ecuadorian restaurant, I live in Westchester County, and I took my family to Queens for some Ecuadorian food, and this restaurant did not disappoint. The service was great, Alex was on point with our order. We tried some bolones and their special ceviche de concha for appetizers...their encebollado, Dopa marinera and churrasco were delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant for some authentic Ecuadorian good. I almost forget the club beer was tasty and their special cold cancelado was amazing. I will be coming back to try their other dishes."

"We chose Truva based on Yelp reviews and the proximity to where we were. The experience was wonderful from the moment we walked in. We were lucky enough to find a spot right in front, we were greeted and seated promptly in their outdoor seating area. Our waitress was friendly and knowledgeable. Our drinks were out within 3 minutes. We ordered all the food at once and asked they bring it as it became ready. The appetizers were out shortly thereafter, and the kababs came later. Everything was tasty and fresh, the meat was flavorful and tender. I have no complaints, my kids and my elderly mother in law all enjoyed everything. Highly recommend this restaurant , the prices are very feasible too! The gratuity was added at 18% which was fine by us. If your thinking about going here don't hesitate, very good overall !"

"6/9/21 last visit to celebrate my husband's birthday. I loved the dimm lighting, it was cozy, the music was great, so was the service. The food was good. I ordered the lamb aprons (which were very good), but the sauce was a bit salty and I mentioned it to the waiter. Everything was great and Jonathan our waiter was extraordinary. You have to look at the backyard for dinner. so this restaurant on Saturday, 5. February 2022 with my family we were the only ones in the restaurant when we came there at 5 pm, it was very relaxing the music was wonderful service was very good food was excellent you need to order the shelf of lamb mouthwater and then the amount began to come after 6 pm. overall the experience was wonderful and I recommend it and I will return"
