"I come to the habit because they have always provided great customer service carried a very professional fast food chain. Today was really disappointing at the Rialto location. I came at 10 and the restaurant states they close at 10:30. I came to order a chicken sandwich and they said they were all out of chicken patties. Fine I settled for something else. Order a cone and they said their machine was done for the night. Which was truly unprofessional I understand associates might want to clean up to go home early but it’s really disappointing to set expectations for customers that don’t deliver. If you say you serve till 10:30 please serve till 10:30. On top of this experience my onions rings were over burned and they forgot one of my items."

"When I kindly asked the staff member, Max, for no ice in my tea—since it was already cold and I didn’t want it getting colder—there seemed to be a misunderstanding. I didn't mention my asthma, fearing that extremely cold drinks could aggravate it, but he insisted on giving me the drink with ice anyway. To my disappointment, I ended up with five large ice cubes in my drink. I used to work for this company, and it held a special place in my heart—like Disneyland for me—because I'm from the coastal mountains of Baja Ensenada. I always put my all into my work and strived to maintain an excellent standard of service. After leaving to work for Disney as a food and beverage administrator, I’ve learned a lot about the importance of company values and kindness, which I believe should be part of every employee’s foundation. Additionally, my lid was broken, and despite asking gently for a replacement, I didn’t receive a new one. I understand that servers often have a challenging job, especially when they’re receiving minimal pay. They should be trained to approach their roles with a personal touch if they want to succeed. Life is full of ups and downs, and while I didn’t receive my Swiss cheese this time, I believe every experience provides important lessons. We learn to appreciate the good times because of the bad. As I reflect, I think about how moments like this can teach us patience and acceptance. So here’s to learning and growing, just like my favorite character, Usagi/Serena, reminds us that there’s more to life than chasing perfection."

"I had a craving for carne asada fries after Alberto's cancelled my order, and Armando's hit the spot with their delicious surf and turf fry plate. I had been wanting to try fries with shrimp ever since I saw a mukbang a few years ago, and it did not disappoint. The horchata was also very tasty. Overall, a great experience at Armando's."

"Normally I love Ono Hawaiian BBQ, we get it as a special treat when we come out of town so it was my first time at this specific location. I was very disappointed with our food today. The meat was really fatty, the portions were really small, customer service was subpar, we asked for napkins cause they keep them behind the counter, he gave us two lol. Won't be coming back to this location."

"It feels petty to rate a restaurant low for a missing item. I ordered chicken katsu with steamed rice. So far the food is great. It looks like it was cooked with a high standard for quality. All of this is great, except for one thing. I didnt receive any sauce. Its worth a three star rating because Ono has essentially served me orange chicken with no orange sauce. Id be understanding if they were out and communicated that to me before I received a box full of chicken tenders lol"

"This is a really great Mexican restaurant. Inside is beautifully decorated with many new and old pictures of Mexico. The waitress is extremely friendly and very efficient. "Who doesn't know a freshly made hamburger?! Inconspicuous and tasty! You have to eat the frits hot, not good cold. If you want meat on the burger, I would go for double-double because their patties are very thin (about 1/4” and are about 75% of the bungalow size. I never knew what this place was until I got to eat it near me. the wings are the best in the city hands down. treats the family and everyone loved it. we have ordered to go and it took not, but 20 minutes to get our order after the call. definitiw make this place one of our top favorites! we had the maple bacon wings with wad and the honey bbq wings with fries...so fire! also had the southern hot wings, but searched for saucy wings. not my favorites but still good."

"I absolutely love fast food, especially places that offer vegan options nationwide. If you're vegan, you can easily customize almost everything on the menu by simply omitting meat. For instance, if you ask for the Beyond Burger without mayo and cheese, you'll have a delicious vegan burger. This is a great option for those who often complain about the high price of vegan burgers.
