"After reading all the comments, I'm not the only one to be released from the management. I have received an answer to my comments, which I now cannot seem to find about a family member who goes away and they do the best they can. My condolences I know these times are hard, but it was very dismissed again. Maybe together with the attitude of more employees they need a PR person to actually thank and apologize and perhaps a hope to see you there somewhere else. I wonder if the staff has the same feeling of management? Perhaps the waitress we had should see the waiting staff as a manager and pull the system to higher standards, she was also good under obvious pressure. I still wonder what the other waitress seemed to be lost for her when she asked herself given several times in and out of empty hand, while tables sat dirty and the people waited to be acknowledged, have a staff meeting and find a guide and humiliate yourself to your males who leave reviews to help you success. Also I see many negative reviews (some good) but there should be someone answering each of them at the end of each entry explaining, apologising and thanking!"
