"I had heard so much about Bistro ete and knew that Chef Arie was a talented guy, but with the crazy summer we did it only last Saturday. First thing is to make sure you arrive before your reservation so that you can spend some time in the small but pretty and very comfortable bar with Harold. This man is a magician of a mixologist. BESTEHEN Apple Martini You can't imagine anything like any Apple Martini you've ever had, he smeared the apples right there. Just delicious. I had a pumpkin squash soup that was flavored with apple apple cider apple wine and it was nothing like I expected it was light, sweet and savory and I wanted to lick the bowl. My husband had the octopus and shaved about it. I will not go through court thru dish, but everything was very good too great and we all enjoyed our meal. Chef Arie and his beautiful wife Liz were enthusiastic and the service staff was very professional and friendly. The restaurant has been fully up after we have set ourselves and our meal has been extended quite well, but we had such a great time that no one complains about a little waiting between the dishes. If you get tired last minute on a busy Saturday, you should expect things to be... good... busy. I very much suggest that all this make a special night. The prices are on the high side, but totally worth it for those with budget concerns there is a Prix fix of $30 per/person at the bar every night and I think in the restaurant meeting in the middle of the week. Check their hours and specialties and make sure that you can add Bisto été to your list of dine experiences."
