My family ordered ribs, meatballs and a hamburger. All of the meat was burnt. The ribs were like eating beef jerkey. The meatballs were very hard and black. The hamburger as well. When we called we got absolutely nowhere. In fact the girl pretty much called us liars. She said that the hamburger wasn't burnt and customers had just had the ribs with no complaints. She said that they could remake the order, but we would have to bring the food back, or get a partial credit. Getting newly made food or a credit wasn't the point. Telling them their cook is horrible was the point.The pizza is fantastic, so from now on that's all we will order. Very disappointing in alfredos, very.
