"We love visiting this restaurant when we're in the area. We know they can be busy on a Saturday night, so we made reservations. I've been to this location several times and have been satisfied overall. This most recent trip however, was rather disappointing. I was with a group of four. I ordered a regular old cheeseburger. Everybody at the table got their meal except for me. I had to wait an extra 10 minutes and didn't receive my burger until my friends were halfway through their meal. The waitress was lovely and it was not her fault, but somebody needs to be running the kitchen a little bit better. I WILL go back, and I hope this sort of thing does not happen again.
