The specials on this particular evening were outstanding: seafood fettuccine was not a pasta dish with added fish... but an extraordinary melange of four seafood elements — lobster, swordfish, mussels, shrimp — served on a bed of pasta. Exquisite. Chocolate soufflé topped the meal, served by Gracie, arguably the best Waitperson in Palm Springs, bar none."

Heavenly! One of the best meals I've had. Service was excellent Chad was exceptional. I literally didn't even have to read the menu. The way he talked me through the options was incredible. Highly recommend and I'll be back for sure.

Copley’s has become my favorite Palm Springs restaurant. Food is outstanding both in taste and presentation. The Scottish salmon is simply delicious. The beet salad was outstanding with various colored beets with a tasty dressing. Our waiter was engaging and quite funny. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly and informative. If you are lookin for an restaurant for a special occasion Copley’s would the place to dine.
