Place a order inside for a chili dog and pretzles. Waited 20 mins, then asked whats up with it. They just said someone messed up the order and asked me to wait 5 more mins and they would make it for me. 15 mins later i got my food. These people really want $15/hr? They cant even make the orders as they come in.

They get one star because staff were alive and bldg was standing. Every single table was dirty. No napkins straws nothing at tables. Soda machine not working right to its root beer was clear. Cola was awful. When we c/o nothing was done. The guy working the drive thru window was vaping. Yes vaping. Worst fast food place I ever entered. Use go DQ frequently yrs ago in PA it was always clean n well managed. What happened???

This is not a complaint just some constructive criticism. My husband and I go to this location about 2 to 3 times a week. We order literally the same thing: baby chocolate cone with rainbow sprinkles and a small sundae with chocolate sauce (not fudge) on the top and bottom. There is never any consistency. My cone has been made with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sprinkles and my husband has had various sizes of the sundae- even though order a small. Tonight my baby cone was a large cone which I have never had before- it is always the smallest cone. The price is always different also- varies from $6.05 to$6.87 and always the same order.
