My son and I went there for my birthday, he raved about how hot the chili was how awesome the food was. But when we went he was disappointed and so was I the red chili tasted more like it was a powder instead of from the pods. When I asked them to bring me some red chili because my enchiladas hardly had any sauce the chili they brought out was cold. The service was great but just wanted to be honest with you, would I come back I would give it another try.

Food was good but service was horrible. When ordering we asked about an item on the menu, the young female cashier didn't know what was in the dish and just stared at me when I asked if she could find out. So we decided to order chicken enchiladas instead. When we got our food, there was no chicken in the enchiladas, only cheese. When I asked about the enchiladas not having any chicken she said she would send someone over to our table to fix it, no one came over. I was told my drinks would be brought to the table, I think they forgot, had to go back and stand in line for awhile to get the drinks and the cashier walked right by me, wouldn't make eye contact, so I had to wait for another emplo...

"Usually we love Trifecta and will go out of our way to visit while passing through town. I always get the Close Shave. It’s always served iced. On the menu it’s listed under the section labeled “Shaken, not Stirred” with a mention that “all iced drinks can be served hot”. Today, my husband ordered 2 Close Shaves. He was not asked if he wanted them hot or cold, so he didn’t specify, as the menu says the drink is served iced. Both came out hot. When he asked about it the barista told him he had to order this drink iced to get it iced. He pointed out what the menu said and the barista asked if he’d be willing to pay to have the drinks re-made. Maybe I’m wrong, but I feel like this is a case where the barista messed up and should fix the drinks for us free of charge since they were not served as described on the menu. We did not pay to have the drinks re-made because the prices are already high. We did end up getting one drink fixed, but the barista would not re-make both without payment. This might all seem very silly, but we went out of our way on a road trip specifically to get this one drink. We just wanted it made right. Any other coffee shop I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to many considering I travel full time) would have re-made the drinks without question."

"The food and wine, as always, were terrific. Our table was not the best as we were kind of jammed in a corner. The server was attentive and patient. The other couple arrived late and we spent a long time catching up before ordering. It was sweltering hot in the dining room at p.m. in early October and the place was very loud. This was the first time my wife and I dined out since the pandemic and is was a very satisfactory meal and experience. We'll be back for sure"

"We love M’tucci’s but things were a bit off last night. The service was rushed; we barely finish our appetizer when the plates were clumsily cleared away just as our entrees arrived. Then, one of the entrees was missing a component. We wanted a relaxing evening but felt like we were being hussled out, even though the restaurant was not full. On the plus side, our server was great and the manager recommended a great bottle of wine when the one we wanted was not available."

"Ok. Heart Attack is an Appetizer that consists of cream cheese and spicy tuna stuffed jalapenos. It came cold and the excuse was that it was because of the spicy tuna being cold. Really?Food Pad Thai extremely salty compare to my dish which was good. I order the Pad Eggplant with tofu and shrimp.Then the bill. They ADD 3% to card charges. Even if it is a debit card. The sign says the bank bills them the 3% for the card charges...well, those are charges billed to them not to the customers. Bottom line, Expensive, Salty and not worth it. Regardless of the high reviews here, which we are very skeptical of."

"Very disappointed with this meal. Me and my family use to go here on a regular basis. The corn chowder used to have a different color, consistency and flavor. It was cool and it lacked flavor. It used to be one of the best corn chowders in this state. The carrot muffin was undercooked and mushy. We used to buy a 6 to 8 pack of muffins to go they were so good. I know the franchise was bought several years ago but DO NOT CHANGE THE RECIPES. Going to cafeteria grade of food was the wrong choice. Fire the chef and get some competency back in the restaurant. Spruce up the tables and your furniture because they are falling apart. Go back to your old food and this 1978 franchise might make it to 2030. If not this franchise will fall like the rest of the sad chains from the Covid era and beyond."
