I want to give a huge shoutout to the Dunkin' on Edgewood Pulaski Highway! They've done an amazing job transforming this store. The improvements have been significant across the board! The staff is now incredibly friendly and personable, making each visit even more enjoyable. The drinks are prepared much more thoughtfully now, rather than just being thrown together like before. The last few months have truly been a delight. It's a huge improvement all around! You’re all doing an excellent job—thank you!

This is the best Dunkin' experience I've ever had! I was having issues with an order from another place and had also ordered a coffee from Dunkin'. When my other order got canceled, I was pleasantly surprised to find that my Dunkin' delivery included a complimentary donut—my favorite one, no less! I'm now a lifelong fan. Thank you so much for consistently going above and beyond. The small gestures that may seem insignificant to some really make a huge difference to others.
