"I just pulled up and they?re closed (indoor and drive thru). It is now 8:22. They have a sign on the door that says they close at 10pm, and google also shows that this location closes at 10pm. This the second time I come to this location and they are closed earlier than what their posted hours say. I feel like this location needs to work on their messaging of the hours. I understand if updating your hours online may take a few days to update, but don?t have a sign on your door that completely contradicts with your ?hours?. My rating only pertains to this negative experience that I have now experienced twice, only at this location. I should also mention that as I?m sitting in the parking lot...

Finally a day I go to Pollo Loco that my order was not made incorrectly. Only because my wife loves this place regardless of the errors. Food is always delicious.

Worst pollo loco they had waited me in line like 25 min 3 cars in front of me and only 10 minutes waiting. The avocado was black and hard I even made pictures. They also blame me for something I didn't order, and I missed the dressing for one of my orders. You have to do something about it.
