"I eat at Firehouse all the time but I had never been to this location. This was the best Firehouse I've ever visited. My wife and I are both Hook and Ladder sandwich fans and we both agree the sandwiches were much better at this location. I don't know what the difference was, but they just tasted really good. Also, the staff was working killer hard and they were building sandwiches very quickly. They are much more efficient at this location that other locations I've visited. This is a well-managed location. I saw both the manager and assistant manager working very hard cleaning tables, emptying trash, whatever it took to keep things going. That's What I Call Great management."

I love to eat at this place. I drive to Knoxville to eat here cause we don't have one near us. The best sandwiches around. Great staff that goes the extra mile to make sure there customers are happy. Very clean store.

Environment: 5 Stars. Awesome environment! Plenty of seating, very clean, and the fireman tribute display is really cool. Food: 4+ Stars. We had three people in our party. We gave 2 five stars, and one 3 star. Very delight food. Service: 5 Stars. Professional, efficient, and friendly. Thanks Military discount: YES Will I visit again? YES Do I Recommend: YES. Be sure to take some pictures. Appreciation for our firemen an firewomen!!!
