Whenever I call or visit, it seems to always be the same woman, and I can tell she has a lot on her plate. This often reflects in her customer service. The food is fantastic! However, the customer service could use some improvement; it’s important not to project negative energy onto customers. I suggest going home and coming back with a fresh attitude! Also, I’m curious why the small and medium sizes are served in the same container—has the small size been eliminated entirely?
