"What happened to Jinya? I ordered this because I remembered I used to love the spicy creamy vegan ramen. I placed an order via Ubereats and after waiting for a whole hour for my delivery, the food was far from satisfactory. I added corn and broccoli to my soup. I also purchased an order of the Brussels sprouts. I believe the Brussels appetizer cost over $5 for a mere 5 pieces. Every single vegetable that I ordered was packed on the side in styrofoam to go containers and they are literally sitting in a pool of oil. I received more oil than vegetable! My FAVORITE place for Ramen and my service dog LOVES the crispy chicken Vegetarian options: Vegan and vegetarian options are available. Kid-friendliness: Every time I go, there are kids and babies, so they are kid friendly. I can't tell you if they have a kids' menu because I don't know, my kids are grown. Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair parking and a ramp, but you'll likely need to have someone open the door for you or lock your chair so you can open the door because it is VERY heavy and hard to open.

"Beyond words delicious. My daughter had pancakes that melted in our mouth, my best friend had mohara frita with garlic butter that was absolutely amazing, and I had the taco salad that was so good and so fresh. All the ingredients for fresh and not mushy, they seasoned everything to perfection. We ate so much and the food was not heavy. The customer service and the workers there were very sweet and amazing! During our trip we came back twice. And we will be back anytime we come to Southern California!!!!"

"I love this place! was taken here a few years ago for birthday and we recently returned for the birthday party of a friend. the mood is warm, friendly and uplifted, without being sniffed or polite. my friend did not feel the ono-fish special, but when the manager passed to see how we did, he quickly and graciously allowed her to replace it, she ordered the scallops instead (the were awesome.) I would come back in a heartbeat."

"the service here was great! the staff was very friendly and attentive. the only reason why I don't leave a 5-Start is that the quality of the rolls wasn't the best - the rice was a bit muddy and some of the rolls fell apart. with that said we have shown half an hour before closing and out my experience of working in a restaurant l, the quality of the food is reduced as closing-tome approaches as the cooks and chefs are more concentrated on cleaning. we are coming back to the final."
