"On Sunday, January 12, 2016, my family and I dined in your restaurant. Sadly, this was the second time our experience as a family has been awful. It seems when a couple goes in to dine, as my parents often do, the service is fine, but when a large party comes in to dine the party size is too large to deal with (we were a party of 9). What makes matters worse is that I called to speak with a manager on Monday and I am still waiting to hear back from them. The server on the phone was condescending and shifted blame for the lack of service because we ordered the $25 all you can eat special. The total bill was over $325 and I would like to state that multiple members of our party did not order...

Been here multiple times, always fun. Very accommodating to my mother's seafood allergy. Ice cream is the highlight of the visit. (It's free btw)

The wait for the hibachi chef was horrible there was only 1 hibachi chef present and for multiple people at once have to wait 1 hour+ for the food. I'd found dead insects in my food or near the hibachi grill, I also had a nasty stain on my plate like the people didnt wash it at all these signs just tells me this place has horrible sanitation and puts health hazards on the high ??. Very disappointed

We had a crazy experience here. On 7/16/2024 my wife and I were just looking around for a place that had sea scallops on the menu. We were going to order Door Dash, but the menu was hard to understand so we decided to go in person. At the door the hostess informed us that there was no wait for hibachi or their regular dining room, but that the power had gone out and the AC was not working. It was maybe 7pm and still in the high 90s outside. The inside felt warm, humid, and there was condensation on the floor. We were seated at the Hibachi table, and I ordered a Blue Hawaiian. "We have a really big Running/Walking Group and just finished a race. We were looking for a place that could handle a group our size, on a Saturday, with an outside seating area (we were pretty active in that race Shoal Creek has a great enclosed/outdoor seating area. We were able to use that without disturbing their regular Brunch guests. First the accommodations: 5 star The Managers (Valerie Trey) were very kind and helpful. We had been turned away from a few places because they didn't have an outdoor space and couldn't fit a group our size. Valerie Trey never even blinked. They said of course and just come by and we will take care of you, and they didn't disappoint. Wait Staff: 5 Star Micaiah Hannah B were there for us without being intrusive, professional and attentive, just all around wonderful. We will be back in August and hope we have them as out wait staff again. Food: We ordered from the Brunch menu (see pic) but they have the full menu as well. The food was perfectly prepared (my complements to the Chef). It was so delicious, everyone just kept saying how good it was. This will be a regular place for us now, we feel like they are part of our Group. Thank you Shoal Creek for a great Brunch!"

"the young man at the table was very friendly and understanding. we have to sit on the online list and instead of sitting next to us, they pulled 2 big parties ahead of us. I guess their business model is to take care of larger parties in front of a family of 4 with 2 young children. Once we finally got to our table, we waited for over 15 minutes until someone waits for us. not impressed by the service or the way this device makes business. probably not be back again"

"the first visit was good. the second visit was like that. at the third visit an old senior from the toilet room ate the riders from our teller when the plate waited to come to us. obviously the chef looked, but I didn't care, and that sandwich was burned and black. when I told the waiter the first time, the waiter said the senior is a master guest (second and he doesn't eat kartoffels). the waiter has not seen and we have told the fact, but he trusted the white senior as the Asian kerl thing. And said they will change the food next time when it happens again. so you could have been eaten once, but not twice happy( another customer eating my food, maybe this is not a big thing, but the setting of the waiter and the burnt sandwiches was sick."
