"This is an amazing place to stop! Its busy so there is a wait but it is worth it! Ordered a patty melt and fries and the patty melt was great! Fries are good but nothing over the top. The must have is the onion rings! Ordered them as an extra seeing as we were fairly hungry and they brought out a big basket full of them and they are just like home made ones! Definitely will stopping again!"

Good atmosphere and service was decent. Cute and homey northern restaurant with good selection of fish and burgers. Coleslaw was ok but is missing a bit of zest or tang to it. . Bison burger was tasty but burger size could be bigger for price. Fish sandwich was delicious. Glad we stopped here.

Great Food, Fun Atmosphere. My Sister's Place is our favorite restaurant when visiting Grand Marais. They feature a great variety of sandwiches, pizzas, and a very interesting selection of gourmet hot dogs and burgers. One of the best Juicy Lucy's I've ever tried. Prices are reasonable and the staff is super friendly.

Excellent food! We had the whitefish dinner special with beef barley soup and fries and homemade tartar sauce, and a small meat lovers pizza (with a notable sauce, not like what you usually get these days). Friendly staff and a clean place too. (Except change the women's faucet already, it's only like $60 to do that and yours gives a bad impression)
