"I've been a fan of Noodles Company and their menu for quite a while. The food is always fantastic. Today, I had an outstanding experience with their customer service. Kevin, the staff member who took my order and delivered my food, was very attentive and friendly. He offered me a cup of water when I hadn't ordered a drink and regularly checked in to see if I needed anything else. Every staff member I encountered was wonderful, even though it seemed they were quite busy during the lunch rush."

I had low expectations, but this Noodles company was more than satisfactory. Of course, I ordered something too hot, but I ate it anyway. The order was simple and the service was fast. Atmosphere is fine if you have no high expectations.

I had returned to this store because my meal was cooked to my taste. I was one of the last customers in the night before. I came the following day they replaced my meal without problems. They apologised for the inconvenience and gave me the best rice Krispy treat I have ever tasted
