"I don’t know if it was an off time or what, but this is the absolute worst experience my family and I have had at an Olive Garden. Our server was either new or has some sort of issue comprehending simple tasks. He plainly stated he waits until he has multiple things to bring out from the kitchen to minimize his trips. Efficiency he claims. Other workers had to bail him out of nearly every situation, even simple tasks like a drink refill. It wasn’t that busy and it took nearly 40 minutes for lasagna to come out which was borderline cold. The other three of us just had the soup and salad deal.
