"Fantastic pho! I finally found some pho that reminded me of my days growing up near Little Saigon in Orange County. I ordered #7 and it came with generous meat portions. I had big chunks of tendon, the flank steak was tender and well- trimmed. The meat quality was better than more expensive places near Ventura Blvd and Woodman. The vegetables were crisp and fresh. Lots of rice noodles. The broth was legitimately rich and made in house. It was a perfect! Next time, I’ll ask for noodles on the side. I had to order extra broth. Portions are huge. It took we 3 sittings to finish it. Parking was okay in the crowded lot. I’m not one who needs to park at the entrance. I immediately found a spot in...
