"Quartino used to be constantly busy so that is what I expected. Not so much any more and we were there on a Saturday night. They tried to cram us in to a table that no one could sit at, not even my child who is tiny. The people at the next table commented that the hostess had been trying to get people in there the entire time they were there and everyone asked for a different table. There were plenty of open tables and not once were they used while we were there. It made for an uncomfortable and unpleasant experience which is sad because the food is good. It took a while for our server to get our order, but she was great when she finally did get to us."

The restaurant was packed and not in a way that made it fun. There was no space between tables, waiters were walking sideways, our chairs were touching the chairs of other tables. It was a fire hazard and very unsettling.

Great food and service. What I can not understand is why the teenagers at the reception what a nice table for a special celebration means (at other locations applies as well). We were there to celebrate my 60th birthday and indicated so in OpenTable. For two in the party we got an elbow to elbow with the neighbors spot while there were much nicer ones. They simply do not understand the meaning of such an ocassion. Ruben and Ana were great as it is related to service.
