"we decided to try this place as it is located opposite the hotel where we stay. best meal we had in very long time. I had the crabcake, with a sweet potato on the side and baked. my man had fried garnels with baked kartoffel and byhalate. my daughter had chicken strips and pommes. everything was cooked to perfection and was fabulous. our waiter was the best and delivered great service. we can eat there again before we continue on our trip to the house."

Staff was incredibly personable. I ordered the junkyard chicken breast with no cheese. It was to die for. Definitely recommend this place if you are stopping through Port Wentworth!

holiday inn recommended this restaurant and it was fabulous. excellent service and eating. baked green tomatoes were the best of all time. had been pulled pork and grits with collar and I give him staring. hubby had a burger and it looked fabulous. he said it melted in his mouth. our waitress skyler was here. I only wish this restaurant is closer to where we live.

Great for what it claims to be. Southern dishes are delicious and the portions are very generous. We had lunch here. The dishes we had were fried chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans, pork chops with succotash and peach pie and salad with chickensalad. Service was great and Port Wentworth friendly. Restaurant is set back from the road and parking is scattered.
