My first experience with their fries was amazing.. another day ordered veggie burger and fries.. every thing was disappointing.. ok burger and worst fries.. so lacks consistency.. another problem is they take online/phone orders from a call center, you can?t call the restaurant directly..

Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and received amazing customer service from multiple employees. Food was delicious and arrived quickly. I don?t leave reviews often, but I was thoroughly impressed by the attentive staff! I would expect to receive that kind of service at a 5 star restaurant.
