"My friends and I went to Todaro Bros. Enoteca after a movie at the Kips Bay theater. We were 6 people and let's just say the seating is minimal (glad I made a reservation) . This is a small café that was added on to the Todaro Bros. food shop. In addition to the 6 of us, there were maybe 3 4 other tables, so best to make a reservation. Most of us had their crostini which were absolutely delicious! And very generous portions 5 crostini for $9! One of my friends had the chicken parm which I tasted outstanding. Great ambiance, interesting wine list, simple but good food. I love stopping into Todaros for a relaxed meal and glass of wine before shopping or catching a movie at AMC Loews Kips Bay. Also associated with a good deli that has a fantastic range of cheeses and ready made dishes. Overall good value and enjoyable.

My book club went here and loved the food and setup. It was a very small space on the side of a gourmet food shop. They had such a great selection of crostini that were delicious! The service was mediocre they barely checked on us and didn't seem to want us there at all. They close at 10pm which is also pretty early for NYC.

I went there several times and love this place totally. Although the service is somewhat slow because the server are very few, their foods are very delicious. especially I like a lot of crostini and gnocchi. they also have special offer every day, so they can drink a gras of sangria like $5 at the weekends. in any case I will visit there again!
