"Pho Phu Linh makes some of the best pho I've ever had. I ordered the 203- pho with round steak and brisket and a side order of spring rolls. My husband had something similar, but added calamari and shrimp, as well as a spicy tuna roll. We were SO satisfied and stuffed after eating. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the upcharge for added items in the pho was ridiculous- I think it was an extra $8 or $9 to add some calamari. It would have made more sense to just order another bowl of pho.Can't say anything on the atmosphere because we ordered takeout."
