"I was looking for a spot for an acai bowl after my workout today and I was pleasantly surprised that there was one near my house. Most of them are in Orange, Costa Mesa, Irvine, etc. I like to support small businesses, so I wanted to try something new out. The acai bowl was good and refreshing! I got the mango and banana smoothie with protein and a free ginger shot. So delicious! The guy who helped me was really friendly and I appreciated the free ginger shot after I told him I was at the gym. Great service! I am definitely coming back :"

I tried a small cup with a mix of two vegan flavors and found the portions to be generous and reasonably priced, despite a $1 surcharge for the vegan options. The vegan ice cream was surprisingly rich in flavor. While mostly for takeout, there are a few stools available for seating. If you prefer a sit-down experience, consider checking out Anita Gelato or 16 Handles on nearby avenues, although they may be more expensive."

"I was hoping to get some donuts as my daughter had promised, but the nearby donut shop was closed. Instead, her face lit up with joy when she had some delicious ice cream. At this Baskin-Robbins, the employee was really friendly. Without us even asking, he offered samples so my daughter could choose what she wanted. As soon as she saw the Oreo Cookies and Cream flavor, her eyes lit up, and after trying it, she instantly said yes. She got a cup, and she was the happiest girl you could ever imagine. It couldn't have been a better experience!"

"Fruit was delicous fresh and sweet. Not a huge fan of the flavor of the cream they use or sprinkles, but eveything else was good. It would be so good if they used strawberry syrup and maybe sweetened condensed milk mixed with a different brand of cream or something . The watermelon aqua Fresca was very good and a huge size!"

"Promotions, promotions, promotions! It worked—I’m finally here! I must say, the BOGO deal was fantastic and the service was even better. The staff was very friendly and helpful, greeting us as soon as we walked in. There are so many flavors to choose from—31 in total! I agree that it can be pricey, especially for someone who usually sticks to budget options like Thrifty's, but they also have a check-in deal and Instagram promotions, so it’s worth visiting a few times. We all deserve some premium ice cream every now and then, right? The only downside was that they weren’t offering samples due to Covid, so I recommend sticking with your favorites. Mine are Rocky Road and Pistachio!"

"The scoops for my wife's ice cream were really small. I got a shake for myself but the cup was cracked on the side and started leaking when I got into the car to go home. I didn't want to walk all the way back for a new one so I just put paper towels around it and it survived the way home."

"Pretty good ice cream and rarely misses. However, the customer service isn't always the best. Upon entering the store, I noticed the sales associate checking the temperature of the cake freezer; holding a thermometer, clip board, and pencil, not to mention opening the case door. He greeted us, then proceeded to take our orders. He didn't wear any gloves nor washed his hands. I politely requested he wear gloves and he responded that he doesn't touch our orders. I still requested the gloves anyway. He seemed to walk away, put off by my request. The owner (older lady) comes out to hand him gloves and tells me that they aren't required to wear gloves. I respond as politely as I can that it's for my comfort. She then says that the scoop won't be perfect and distorted. I responded that he didnt wash his hands; so, either he can wash his hands or wear the gloves. It's surprising that an establishment can be offended at the request of a patron that deals with hygiene and cleanliness, especially during a pandemic The real problem is that the associate isn't washing his hands before dealing with a customer's order."

"Bad meat. Smells expired. Do not go there. This is my second time going to this meat market with a bad experience. I normally go here for my meat since i live in the area. The first time i let it slide. But this time i should let people know that thehispanic butcher tried to give some meat that was in a bag seperate from the one from the rack. I got the marinated meat whichis $10.99 per pound. I needed 5 pounds. The butcher then got meat from a bag right under the rack. I asked if it was the sameand he said yes. I asked if i could see the meat because i noticed alot of fat in it. Once i looked at it there was a very badstench. I immediately said i dont want it. I dont recommend this spot."

"We don't have one of these nearby, so it was nice to go in and get some great scoops I remembered from childhood. I got a scoop of the gold medal ribbon, which is really like getting a caramel sundae because it is vanilla and chocolate swirled ice cream with a ribbon of caramel sauce in it. Other flavors our family bought were strawberry cheesecake, nutty coconut, Oreo cookies and cream, and mint chocolate chip (milkshake)."

"I asked to order a cake. The employee said 24 hours. Apparantly though she couldn 't make a cake in chocolate(?!? in 24 hours. Advised they needed 48 hours for a chocolate cake. Then said I 'd be happier with a pre-made cake in a flavor of her choice instead. A very condescending comment from employee followed. Let 's see: unwrap a sheetcake that 's pre-made 10 minutes, pull a tub of chocolate and cut a half gallon, 10 minutes. Put in walk in freezer to sit while the ice cream frosting is warming slightly to room temp, 30 minutes. Remove cake from freezer and frost, 10 minutes. Place back in freezer then decorate. I 've made hundreds. I guess the owners of this BR don 't need special orders or support customer service. For the $28 dollar price I will make my own and have it ready in a few hours. Thanks BR Dimond for the lousy service, glad you don 't need my money. Another entitled employee who is owed a job and can 't be asked to perform above a C average."

"There are so many options to choose from! I enjoy trying new flavors or revisiting ones I haven't had in a while until I find the one that truly satisfies my taste buds. When I do, I usually go for a double sugar cone. Just a heads up, their parking lot is quite small, so parking can be a bit challenging."
