"This was the worse experience I’ve ever had at any fast food establishment. I ordered 8 piece tail gate special thru the drive thru and received burnt biscuits, only 7 pieces of chicken, no gravy, and no tea. I went inside and a young lady was getting me a whole new order of chicken only (didn’t realize the tea and gravy was missing) when I was rudely ask for my receipt by another employee names Catherine who was not helping me from the beginning. When I questioned why my receipt was needed she began yelling “ I was going to give you your money back but I don’t have time to deal with this!” She also told me to not come back to the store. I also received someone else’s order in the end and a refusal to provide me a receipt after only giving me back some of my money and still no gravy, no tea and chicken I didn’t order.FYI: I never asked for my money back in the first place. The other lady who was standing near me did and I believe Catherine mixed the two of us up, however yelling at a customer and being rude is not the experience I thought I would endure coming to this bojanges. I will return back to the bojanges on Huffman Mill rd. Service is much better!"
