"spoke to the new manager. he was very friendly and seemed very sincere in managing these problems. while eating was in order what I ordered was really frustrating. first, with only 2 cars in front of me, I had to wait 15 minutes. then, my simple order of 5 pieces superior combo, pommes, no sose, add Slav, limonade was obviously much too difficult for the personal to handle. after 4 I finally filled my order correctly. had to say for my drink, we have no limonade. also I had to ask for my change $8 then correct them if they had short-circuited me probably because they had lost the entry into the process. what should be a quick and easy eating that turns into a real annoying."
