"First I'm a lifetime Carbones fan and ALWAYS order the same pizza PSM! That means I can't order from this place anymore : For some reason they have decided to change fresh mushrooms at this particular place, a place where you could argue is the original and the best. Before anyone tries to shame me for another view and insist that fresh is better, know that Carbones WAS NOT BUILT ON FRESH MUSHROOMS! Decades of canned mushrooms have been good enough!?? I have not only eaten carbones for decades, but also family members including me) have been working at different locations for over 30 years because we love this pizza! Is there a reason why someone decided to **** with perfection? Okay, well, go on and offer fresh mushrooms if you need, but allow those of us who grew up on your pizza and eat it 2 or more times a month to what we loved!!! It is not like a can of mushrooms goes bad in the short time frame."
