"I'm going to the Dive at St. Clair Inn! I wanted to buy on site I reserved myself at the Dive. Merry Christmas from me. That was a huge mistake. On my arrival at 4:47 for 5:00, the receptionist informed me that there was no way I made a reservation because there are no seats at that time, Condescendingly then asked them if I had the wrong restaurant and “You know that the River Crab is on the street...”, I replied My reservation HERE for 1 at 5:00. I made it through OpenTable. Then she snipped OpenTable reservations was not on Christmas and the Dive is not reservations. The receptionist explained that she had to see evidence for my reservation, because the last seats were at 4:45 (it was now 4:50), I showed my confirmation that the Dive did not make reservations by OpenTable alone. Then she took my phone as proof to show her manager. After a few minutes from her “Roaming” the halls she came back and said that I actually called to check my reservation, OpenTable is not living on Christmas and the Dive had no reservations. I was visibly upset and asked for the number of companies. The receptionist ran away on the computer and explained that she tried to find the number. I left the inn and called back to talk to the manager. Maybe you get a better explanation of what happened and the number for companies. Ron the manager was unapoologetic, sounded disturbed that I had to call the susceptibility and not so that I interrupted his schedule to ask why I could not sit. He then told me that nothing was going on, no RESERVATIONS, so that all employees were released at 3:30. Weird, why did your receptionist say the last seats were at 4:45? What about check-in, is there no room service? I really expected more of a Marriott property. I asked Ron to call me, but I never heard of him."
