"My office staff and I went there for lunch because we were at the Embassy for a convention. It was very sad for the emoyees. There was only 1 bartender, 1 waiter and 2 kitchen staff during the lunch hour. Several other of my colleagues also took their staff there for lunch and some even called ahead to warn them of the group sizes coming. We all had about a 90-110 minute lunch break and there were about 30- 35 people in the restaurant. It took 20 minutes to get water. Took an hour to get a beer (which we watched get poured and.left sat for 10 minutes with inky part.of the drink order.filled at a time because the bartender had to go help waiter bring out food to another table) and about 90 minutes to get food for my table. One other table with a party of 10 never received water and 2 of their pizzas that came out wetr burnt black (unrecognizable what it should have been or what the toppings were) and they still brought them out. The other table with a party of 15 did get water and a couple beers but it took 90 minutes.Despite all that chaos the food we received was delishious. We would have loved to have gotten a 2nd beer, but that would have been an impossible task as understaffed as they were and the staff that was there was soooooo slow and unorganized.I hope the management team figures this out."
