"I ordered using the Taco Bell app which was having issues but my order went in and I was able to pick it up in less than 15 minutes.This Taco Bell is open for in dining so I was able to walk into the lobby and not have to walk up to the drive-thru. "the same order each time (approximately any other week). Sometimes it is lacking an ingredient or folded in a way that the content spills out of the burrito when they try to eat it. my biggest complaint. the males who now take these $15/hour jobs must learn some customer service skills. do not take much to say, thank you or have a nice day. taco bell isn't the only fault this one. almost every fast food place, which seems to be mainly female workers in the past, have many more men as the lonely increases."

"Went through the drive thru and just wanted their party pack with half soft and half crunchy tacos. Woman on the other end stayed quiet and I again just repeated the order and said that that was it. She then rudely saying she heard me and instead of speaking up we drove forward and just wanted to get the tacos and get out of there. Tacos were cold during handling. Won't be back there!"

"I had a rather terrible experience recently. Today's current staff as of 12:30 pm really rushed and literally tossed my order into the bag.... One of the tacos was turned upside down spilling a good amount of tomatoes and lettuce through out my order. The burritos I ordered were spilling their guts in their wrapping to the point it exploded no matter how I was going to eat it. Yes it coated my hands a bit and got on my clothes. You need to have the basic empathy if wrapping the food here as it causes such terrible messes and potential distractions while driving as a burrito volcano oozes with each bite. Mind you each wrapper being dirty with food added to the mess more than normal. It's not great to feel like I need to wash clothes and parts of the interior of my car after eating food...."

"The late night driv-thru at this location has really gotten bad. Extremely slow. Three visits this week and every one was 10 to 15 minutes in line before getting to the order speaker. 7 or 8 cars backed up onto the street and none or maybe one at the window, past the speaker. Then sit at the speaker for 2 to 3 minutes before the guy takes my order. One of the worst driv-thru workers that I have ever encountered. When I spoke to the manager he just made excuses about being short staffed."

"What a great Taco Bell! On Friday at 12:30 am with a mobile order stopped and waited only one minute. The food was good. They didn't attack anything. Restaurant was clean, spices are in stock. "The Mexican pizza tortillas have a nasty after taste to them like bad oil or something and they barely put any of the red sauce on it. The cheesy bean and rice burrito was basically a bean burrito with a spoon full of rice at the bottom with no cheese or jalapeño sauce. "I get the fastest, friendly and best quality from this location. I'm a TB freak and eat Taco Bell everywhere, but this place is killer! I'm so glad I started a new job literally over the street because this location is fantastic. By noon, amazing. Even after work stopped at 4 a.m. and also quickly friendly service. My only complaint is that it is a tiny bit skating with the ingredients, but it probably according to TB exact portion size guidelines here, while some sites do not measure/weigh out things.
