"This was my first time ordering takeout from here. My initial experience was a little frustrating, because I didn 't know that the sign that says 'pick up ' doesn 't actually mean anything (you just go to the cashier for all pickups apparently). But the person at the checkout counter was super nice, and patient with me.. Seriously A1 customer service. Even told me that it 's cheaper if you order using their site vs grubhub. The food was really good and the portion size is INSANE. The spring rolls that I got were huge. As for the pho soup, I love that they separated the sauce from the broth, and the broth from the noodles. Everything was so good."
