"on Wednesday 29. December I called sushi lola to ask what their hours would be at the silvester, the lady who answered the phone told me 4 to 9 o'clock. I said how happy I was that they would be open because I had to work on this day, but after my work wanted to call in a command. I told her that I would call later in the evening in the order and she said, okay. that would have been the perfect time to communicate with me if I had to call with a certain time or that after a certain time they would not accept calls anymore, but nothing was mentioned. on the evening of the year, I called at 19:30 a.m. and the phone just ringed and arranged without anyone answering. I thought maybe they were very busy, so I called about 25 minutes, even without answer. at this point I was forced to stop another place on the way to home for food I didn't want because I had planned on sushi. I had another sushi restaurant in the counter called where I work, but they were temporarily closed for covid. when I came closer to the house, I went by directly from sushi lola at 20:30 o'clock, I could see the sushi chef thru the window together with two or three sitting customers. I checked the phone number to make sure I had the right number and called again without answer. how does this restaurant remain in business if they don't even appreciate their customers enough to answer the phone? I was really excited to try her sushi, but after this experience I would rather give my business to a sushi restaurant that I can count on to answer the phone."
