"The Margarita Pizza I ordered was fantastic! I give four stars for the pizza itself, but deduct one star for the delivery experience. It is frustrating that in our North American culture, we are expected to tip in order to supplement the wages of those whose employers do not pay them enough. I always tip generously, but it bothers me when I am expected to tip before receiving the service. The delivery driver arrived late, ignored my request for contactless delivery, called me instead of following the instructions, and even made me come down four flights of stairs to pick up the pizza. Despite the delicious pizza, the bad delivery experience has left a sour taste in my mouth and I probably won't be ordering from this restaurant again."
