"They sent us with slices of raw beef. I get that the meat is supposed to cook in the broth, which is fine if you can eat right away or can reheat the broth. We 're staying in a hotel 15 minutes away. By the time we got to the hotel room the broth is warm but drinkable temperature, not hot enough to fully cook beef. Thanks but no thanks, be careful if ordering carry-out from here!"
