"I would honestly prefer eating at McDonald's than dining here. The food was so disappointing that I ended up throwing away half of it. The only decent things were the fries and the garlic sauce toum, which were excellent. The manager, who served me, was extremely nice and friendly, but he seemed very disorganized and distracted. It took nearly an hour to prepare grilled chicken, and despite ordering shawarma, there were no shawarma stands available. The manager completely forgot to prepare my food until I went to check on the status after 45 minutes; I was one of only two customers at that time. If you're looking for a long wait and wondering if it’s worth it, this is the place for you. I’ve never left such a negative review before, and it truly saddens me to do so."
