"I went to go in because it’s very close to my job. It’s an hour after they open and the lights are on and food is out but they aren’t seen and they have the doors locked. How can you be part of a franchise and just decide when you’d like customers to come in and when you’d rather lock them out. That’s bad business and very unprofessional"
