"The staff not friendly or not understanding my need. When I call in to confirm the special request. the staff keep telling me I need to pick on the side order. but side order not even available on the website. I told them they can add to my bill. the staff not willing to do that. because they cant add on my order and I didn't pay for side order I only want to add an egg). The staff told me I can go in to pay for the side order. OMG. if I want to go pick up up the food. I don't need to order delivery."
