"Went back to this locations after few years. I 'm surprised they are still in business. These are my findings: ESTABLISHMENT, old, outdated and smelly (not in a good way, more on the public urinals-like of smell). Place it 's uninviting to seat and eat there.CASHIER: Short lady, long hair, rude. What 's the order going to be? She asked, I replied with my order and then she said the $amount for the meal, I put my card in the machine, she tendered the receipt for me to sign and she walked away. Thank you for my business? I wondered... I remained in the same spot until another girl (clearer skin) said that the order will be delivered in another window. So now I had a little sense of not being ignored completely. The COOK. All chicken is a-l-r-e-a-d-y grilled and stored in a metal drawer chest, where, in the meanwhile I was waiting for the food, I observed the chicken is being stored, drawer is half way open, so if it 's a refrigerated unit, guess what, food is not properly handled in a sanitary way. Then the cook opens the drawer, takes a whole chicken, puts in the board, cuts the necessary pieces to fulfill the orders, and returns the rest to that infamous chicken drawer. Then the cut pieces goes onto the grill to be reheated. Yes, r-e-h-e-a-t-e-d!!! Read the previous reviews and many says the chicken is d-r-y.My ORDER: I asked for a cuarto dorado (a 4th of chicken with dark meat). So they put in the box some mexican rice, passable, some bean paste intended for refried beans, a jalapeno pepper, almost raw, not grilled as a chile toreado should look like. One skinny-3month-old chicken leg drum, and 3 tiny wedges (like bits of chicken left after cutting off the chicken), that put together, does not count as any whole piece of chicken at all, it was mostly bone and skin. The order it 's supposed to be the leg and the thigh. It was literally, a quarter of a quarter of the chicken. $13 dollars for that joke. The order was accompanied by two type of salsas, unflavored, cold and with a terrible color).Bottom line: A total disaster of experience. Now, there are other good reviews, I wonder if the specifically order the whole chicken, freshly grilled to order instead. There is no other explanation, because once the chicken is grilled, most of the juices are gone, and, after few hours in the infamous metal drawer, when reheated, the rest of moistures disappears. With the same dollar amount, you can get a very delicious chicken at King Soopers, the whole thing and get your fixings at the deli and voila, more food and better experience. I 've should done that instead.Notice also, that no one ever replies to the reviews, so that tells you that CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT A PRIORITY."
