"we came and sat for 20 minutes and never had a server to the table. we sat at the door that opened and closed all the time. we went to the reception and asked for a repetition, as I was very cold and just came over a virus. they refused to respect us. when we decided to go easy, 20 people were in front with reservations and waited to sit. 10 more people outside. the woman at the reception was very rude and told the people if they were not happy, they could just go. they had significantly overbooked the restaurant and had insufficient waiting staff, which was completely overwhelmed. when we checked in, there was a very unfriendly sign that a party of 2 should not stay more than 45 minutes. Of course, after 20 minutes we never saw a waiting staff when we were there. this is our first visit in this restaurant about 1 year. we will not be back!"
