"What a great place! We had the chef’s tasting menu. Each course was served by chef Matteo, who described the preparation and the fresh ingredients. He obviously went to lots of work to prepare our dinner. Each course looked beautiful and tasted as good as it looked. The outdoor patio in the back of the restaurant is quiet and attractive. This was our first visit to Matteo’s but we will be back"

"Chips and Salsa were mediocre. Hot salsa was sour. Extremely service poor. We asked for standard table during reservation and were seated at high tables. Kept on pushing to order. Food order was messed up, asked for bigger plates which took for ever to get and had to remind server. Prices are stiff and not value for the money."
