"I have an order for the last minute catering, a very small work meeting, just needed an antipasto and cheese tablet. I ordered at 11:30 a.m. and found out that the event was canceled at 1:30 a.m., I contacted them immediately to cancel the order for the new date or preferably to change it again. they canceled the $200 order, refunded me $20, and told me they would be happy to accompany our later event, but the cancellation fee is still because they had to throw away all food. a few things. the restaurant industry was hit hard because of the pandemic, I know that. people like me cannot afford to do like these all willing nilly. I know. they had to throw away all food?...Why was there only a 2 hours gap between me to put the order and find out that the meeting was canceled delivery was not planned until 3:30. again, maybe. I'm wrong! but if they had said. if we would still charge them all the amount and throw away all the food, I would have just taken the food and put it in the refrigerator. Finally, nowhere...absolutely nowhere is it written the due customers will be when an order is canceled with this place. they gave me $20 of a $200 order, and we're talking about cheese and olive. it looks like this place has really good food, but I will never order from them again, and no one will be in my company. it is not my fault that someone was sick and that was canceled, not their fault, maybe a better communication and customer service."

"My daughter and I dine here regularly and we sit inside and hear the interactions with customers. I don’t understand the bad reviews. These guys are so neighborhood/ family oriented. Their food is great. They are not using the nasty waxy cheese that most places use. Not to mention their wraps and other food is always yummy and made the right way. I don’t even mind if it takes them a while when they are busy because my food is always delicious and they are friendly and talk to us while we wait. When we go in, we are greeted warmly and served like family and when we order delivery, the drivers are always super nice and the food is always still hot."

"I came on Monday at 4 p.m. so natural, the restaurant wasn't busy. The staff was friendly and attentive and the food arrived quickly. The pasta is delicious, well cooked and hearty portions. The salad was fresh and I like how pasta entrees with side salads come as standard. The prices here are very good and overall, this is a great place that serves high-quality food with good prices. "This is the best place for sandwiches, etc. The food tastes great. They serve high-quality ingredients. They also sell deli meat, cheese and salads. They store basic food. The owners are wonderful. "I hosted my daughter's party at this restaurant last year and it was a hit. We decided to have her party there again today. All the guests enjoyed the food and I made sure to recommend this place to everyone. This time, I opted for delivery and the lady who delivered the food was so kind. "Napoli has good Food. I order from from regularly and their food is pretty consistent for the most part. Sicilian pie w toppings is pretty solid. Their regular pizza is good too. Heros, french fries, burgers all good. Their Penne Vodka is one of my favorites on the island."
