"I moved to Ruskin about 8 years ago and I finally visited Apollo Meats for the first time today. I was very happy with what I saw.Coming here brought back memories of shopping at the local Hornung Meats with my grandmother back in the 1980s.The service was fast and friendly. The prices were lower than most of the grocery stores around and the lunch meat was just perfect (turkey pastrami and Amish of the bone ham). They have everything you want or need concerning meat.They also have kabobs and cinnamon rolls. Oh...and they have some local produce as well.I can't wait to try the mountain kielbasa I bought.I will definitely be back."

"What a rad spot for food and drinks! It was very nice that the patio was open for business. They did a great job at keeping the area heated and we were nothing but cozy for all of happy hour. The truffle fries and pretzels w/ fondue were super tasty! Along with the red wine flight! I also loved that our dog was able to join in in the fun. The service was nothing short of exceptional."
